Definitions

“Equipment” refers to all dumpsters, roll-off containers, and related rental equipment provided by the Company.
“Services” refers to dumpster rental, delivery, pickup, waste disposal, and any other services offered by the Company.
“Rental Period” refers to the agreed-upon duration for which the Equipment is rented to the Customer.

Service Agreement

By placing an order for dumpster rental services, you enter into a binding agreement with The Dumpster Rental Today. This agreement is subject to the following conditions:

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts.
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You are responsible for ensuring the placement location is accessible and suitable for delivery.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding waste disposal.

Rental Terms and Pricing

Rental Period: Standard rental periods are specified at the time of booking. Extensions may be requested and are subject to additional charges and availability.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. The quoted price includes delivery, pickup, and disposal of permitted materials up to the specified weight limit.

Additional Fees: You may incur additional charges for exceeding weight limits, extending the rental period, disposing of prohibited materials, dry runs due to inaccessible placement locations, or special delivery requirements.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery: We will deliver the Equipment to the address specified in your order. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the delivery location, including adequate space and surface conditions for safe placement.

Placement: The Customer must designate an appropriate placement location. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or other property resulting from normal delivery and placement operations. We recommend placing protective boards under the dumpster.

Pickup: Pickup will be scheduled for the end of your rental period or upon your request. The dumpster must be accessible and not overfilled at the time of pickup. We reserve the right to charge additional fees if the dumpster is inaccessible or overloaded.

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in our dumpsters:

Hazardous waste, including chemicals, solvents, pesticides, and flammable materials
Asbestos and asbestos-containing materials
Batteries, including automotive and lithium-ion batteries
Tires, unless specifically approved in advance
Medical waste and pharmaceuticals
Electronics and appliances containing refrigerants (Freon)
Paint, oils, and other liquid waste
Radioactive materials
Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal regulations

Disposal of prohibited materials will result in additional fees and may result in immediate termination of services. You are solely responsible for any fines, penalties, or cleanup costs associated with improper disposal.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Use the Equipment only for its intended purpose
Not exceed the fill line or weight limit specified for your dumpster size
Obtain any necessary permits for dumpster placement on public property
Prevent unauthorized use of the Equipment
Keep the Equipment free from prohibited materials
Report any damage to or issues with the Equipment promptly

Damage and Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the Equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. This includes damage caused by overloading, improper use, vandalism, theft, or third-party actions.

The Company is not liable for any damage to your property, including but not limited to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, or structures, that may occur during normal delivery, placement, or pickup operations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dumpster Rental Today, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or Equipment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your order by contacting us at (833) 652-7709 or [email protected]. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be provided at the time of booking.

Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and whether delivery has occurred. Specific refund terms will be communicated during the booking process.

No-Show or Inaccessible Location: If our driver cannot access the delivery location due to obstructions, locked gates, or other reasons beyond our control, a dry run fee may be charged, and redelivery will be subject to scheduling availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Dumpster Rental Today or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
